As we kick off the New Year, Results at Hand is eager for what’s ahead! We have an array of exciting plans<\/strong> in store, including new features, innovative integrations and partnerships, a refreshed look, and much more. As we prepare to launch these exciting new initiatives, we wanted to provide a glimpse into how we plan to use these projects to continue to elevate the event management space<\/strong> for our clients. Results at Hand’s top priority is and always will be to provide high quality solutions to clients to help make event management as simple as possible, and we are certain these new ventures will do just that!<\/p>\n

Novi Integration & Open API<\/h2>\n

\"\"<\/a>This year, Results at Hand is excited to officially launch our partnership with Novi AM<\/span>S!<\/a><\/span><\/span> This integration will streamline event management<\/strong> even further by enabling seamless, automatic information sharing between Novi and Results at Hand’s products. For Novi clients, the data from the Novi registration system will effortlessly translate over to Results at Hand’s systems<\/strong>, eliminating any unnecessary manual work on the backend. As attendee registrations and Exhibitor sign-ups pour in, this integration will save your event planners time and resources! Novi clients will also be able to track CEU more efficiently than ever by using Results at Hand’s Event App. The app will award CEU to members and automatically<\/strong> push the data over to Novi, so the credits reflect in their account.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Along with the Novi Integration, Results at Hand is also excited to launch an Open API framework in 2025! An Open API allows a variety of apps to integrate with Results at Hand’s products for efficient, accurate information sharing.<\/strong> This new framework is guaranteed to save resources and streamline event management, no matter the Association Management System your organization uses.\u00a0<\/p>\n

On the other hand, CB Connect was Results at Hand’s hub for all things Lead Retrieval,<\/a><\/span><\/span> ensuring Exhibitors could capture and record their leads contact information all from their mobile devices. New Badge Functions & Ticket Scanning Capabilities<\/h2>\n

\"\"<\/a>As Onsite Badge Printing<\/a><\/span><\/span> continues to be Results at Hand’s hottest product,<\/strong> we are eager to implement new administrative controls in 2025! With these new functions, admin will be able to update and create badges for different participant groups <\/strong>in the admin portal. Essentially, you can create different badges for speakers, attendees, and Exhibitors seamlessly<\/strong> and efficiently<\/strong>!<\/p>\n
